How to drive a comfortable and pleasant

Have you ever felt tired after the drive? If you answer yes, you're driving with improper driving position too long can make the whole body aches. The joints become stiff, deteriorating muscle tone, decreased reaction speed and coordination, decreased blood circulation, oxygen to the organs and muscles also declined. As a result, you feel tired. Crowding in the car also makes blood clot in the legs, especially the veins. Yes, traveling for three or four hours it can cause swelling in the feet.

How to drive a comfortable and pleasant:
1. Sit in a comfortable position.
2. Agency must be in an upright position.
3. Agency is not skewed to the left or right.
4. When driving, do not let the shoulders come forward.
5. Keep your posture relaxed and stuck to the seat.
6. Both legs should be straight in the state.
7. Let your feet hit the brakes, gas & clutch with ease.
8. Wear shoes when driving.
9. Never bend the leg, will accelerate fatigue.
10. Try to position your hands when holding the steering wheel straight.
11. Do not hold the steering wheel with crossed position.




Stop a moment and do the movements below.
1. Tighten stomach. Press firmly on the waist the seat and pull your abdominal muscles inward. Perform
for 2-3 seconds, then release again. Repeat five times.

2. Tighten the buttock muscles amain. Perform for 2-3 seconds, then loosen. Do it five times.

3. Road while sitting. Drag your weight from right buttock into the left buttock, move well into the backward and forward. Do it for 50-10 seconds.

4. Moving the hips. Move your hips forward, so curved. Then behind the movement, press the waist to the seat and push  hips forward. Repeat five times.

5. Raise shoulders as high as possible, then return to the starting position slowly. Repeat five times.

6. Pull the shoulders back. Then try each crossed both shoulder blades. Then back to the starting position. Repeat five times.

7. Tighten the thigh muscles, hold for 2-3 seconds. Then return to its original position. Repeat five times.

8. Pressing the steering wheel. Hold the steering wheel of your car at 9 and 3 o'clock positions. Hold strong and tap into. Hold for 2-3 seconds, then back to its original position. Do it five times.

9. Move your head towards the right shoulder, then back to the middle. Next, move your head in the direction left shoulder, then back again to the middle.
